These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Funding Roundtable website and marketplace services. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Role as a Marketplace
Funding Roundtable is not a lender, insurer, bank, or investment advisor. We operate a comparison and referral marketplace that connects clients with independent, licensed third-party providers of loans, insurance, digital payment services, investment platforms, home warranty plans and debt relief programs. Final approval, pricing, and terms for any product are determined solely by the relevant provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding financial agreements to use Funding Roundtable's services or apply for any product featured on this site.
3. No Guarantee of Approval or Rates
Displayed rates, terms, and offers are illustrative and subject to change by the provider without notice. Submitting a request through Funding Roundtable does not guarantee approval for any loan, insurance policy, payment product, investment account, home warranty plan, or debt relief program.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a request. Providing false information may result in denial of a product application by the relevant third-party provider and may affect your ability to use Funding Roundtable's services in the future.
5. Fees and Compensation
Funding Roundtable may receive referral compensation from partner providers when a client is matched with, or completes an application for, a financial product. This compensation does not increase the cost of any product to the client and does not influence the accuracy of comparison information presented.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and the Funding Roundtable name, is the property of Funding Roundtable or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Funding Roundtable provides information "as is" and disclaims liability for decisions made based on comparisons shown on this site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funding Roundtable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or any third-party product obtained through it.
8. Third-Party Links
This site may link to third-party provider websites. Funding Roundtable is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those independent sites.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable federal and state financial services regulations in the jurisdictions where Funding Roundtable's partner providers are licensed to operate.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
